Trouble Verifying Account

Is anyone experiencing verifying issues? Whenever my buddies go to join a league and sign up for an account it says it cannot verify their (address, email, phone number,etc...). I thought maybe Ohio or New York wasn't a legal state, but they were. I don't know a work around for this, so I have resorted to posting on here. If anyone is experiencing similar issues or have found a solution, please let me know!
