Year Long Fantasy Golf

Recently myself and 7 of my friends held a PGA draft running 10 rounds which will shadow the Mayo Cup schedule. Once a month we'll hold a waiver draft where you can drop/add accordingly. Each week you'll designate 5 players to your roster, and it will be a running total to years end. Does anybody know of a platform other then an internal excel which could facilitate this type of league ?
